I fried up an entire package of bacon to make cookies a few days ago – making my entire apartment building smell of bacon for at least the rest of the day. While I used a few bacon pieces as garnish on the cookies – I still had about six slices left. After demolishing an entire quiche in just two days, I was in the mood for something light-ish.
